- La borraja es una de las grandes desconocidas de la cocina, ahora lo tienes mucho más fácil para disfrutar de uno de los sabores más exquisitos de las huertas de Navarra y La Rioja sin tener que dedicarle a los fogones más tiempo del estrictamente necesario. Estas conservas de borraja contienen una gran cantidad de vitamina A y C, son ricas en sales minerales como el potasio y suponen un importante aporte de hierro y calcio para el organismo. En el norte de la Península se suelen comer como primer plato con patatas y zanahorias, pero todo es cuestión de ponerse a experimentar.

- Borage is one of the great unknowns of the kitchen, now you have it much easier to enjoy one of the most exquisite flavours of the vegetable gardens of Navarre and La Rioja without having to spend more time on the cooker than strictly necessary. These borage preserves contain a large amount of vitamin A and C, are rich in mineral salts such as potassium and are an important source of iron and calcium for the organism. In the north of Spain they are usually eaten as a first course with potatoes and carrots, but it is all a question of experimenting.
